What is this portal

LedsC4 Outlet B2B is a private wholesale portal for lighting professionals to liquidate surplus and discontinued LedsC4 stock. It is independent from the public website ledsc4.com (B2C, aimed at the end consumer): neither the catalog, nor the prices, nor the user account are shared.

Who can access

The portal is intended for the following professional profiles:

  • Electrical and lighting installers
  • Architects and interior designers
  • Retail and specialty stores
  • Distributors
  • End-user companies in the lighting sector
  • Other professionals in the sector

To validate your activity, we need an active company name and a valid NIF/CIF/NIE. The registration also asks for the sector, country, and, optionally, estimated annual volume to help us dimension the service.

How access works

There are two ways depending on whether LedsC4 already knows you:

Fast track

Pre-approved

If your email is on the LedsC4 pre-approved professionals list, your account will be activated automatically upon registration. You'll gain access to the catalog in minutes, without any waiting.

Standard track

Manual approval

If your email is not pre-approved, the LedsC4 team will manually review your request. Estimated response time: 24–48 business hours. You will receive an email once it has been resolved, whether approved or denied.

    Auto-approved in minutes or manual review in 24–48 business hours.

    You will receive a welcome email with a link to the Outlet catalog.

  • Requests reviewed

    At this stage, it's not a direct purchase: each request is validated by a salesperson, who confirms lead times, minimums, and possible adjustments before closing the order.

  • History and status

    Every request is recorded in your private area with its current status: under review, in process, confirmed, or canceled.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay anything to use the portal?

No. Access to the portal is free for approved professionals. You only pay for the products you order.

How long does approval take?

If your email is on the pre-approved list, it will take minutes. If it requires manual review, it will take between 24 and 48 business hours. In both cases, you will receive an email with the result.

Does my account also work on ledsc4.com?

No. This account is exclusive to the B2B Outlet. The ledsc4.com (B2C, open to the public) account is independent and managed from that website.

What if I'm rejected?

You will receive an email indicating the reason (incomplete data, profile outside of criteria, etc.). If you believe there has been an error, you can contact the sales team by replying to that same email to review it.

How do I change my company details?

Once approved, you can view your data in the private area of the portal. For sensitive changes (company name, tax ID), write to the sales team and we will update them manually.
